Collection of Data

We may collect personal contact information from you, including your name, e-mail and other information deemed important to our clients hosting training material. Your data has either been entered into this system by you or by a client of ours on your behalf. This will most likely be your employer. You may access the information that we have collected from the user registration process on your Learner/Profile page. You may modify or remove this info from our systems at any time. We only use this information to carry out the immediate activity requested and for no other purpose. No information or user data is kept longer than 1 year – after the deactivation of an organizations account. We do not carry out any personal research nor do we disclose this data to any persons outside of EZ LCMS and its immediate staff and our server hosting services provided by HostDime and LiquidWeb.

System Users with Instructor, Manager, Reporter, Content Admin or Admin roles may not use any data housed on the LMS for marketing purposes or in conjunction with any 3rd party sources. All data collected for these purposes must occur outside of the Learning Management System because additional user confirmation of how their data is used must be provided.


We do not use cookies to extract information from you, solely to simplify your visits – we use this in order to enable you to come back without having to login each and every time, as well as when you create a user account, and using external analytics services, such as Google Analytics. Your continued use of this system means that you consent to such use of the cookies. When you create a user account, we will use cookies to store your user ID. This user ID is a string of random characters and contains none of your personal information. A temporary cookie is also used to keep track of your “session”. Without that temporary cookie (which is not stored after you close your browser) you would have had to log on again on each page as well as use site’s functions. You can turn off cookies in your web browser (more information about this is available at This will however make it more or less impossible to access many of the functions on our site.

This policy may be updated from time to time. If an update has been made to the policy, you will need to review and accept the policy once more as you log into the system.

Data Security

Your data will be housed on servers secured by SOC II Type B compatible facilities. Your personal identifiable information will be encrypted in a database that requires a personal decryption key only know to the software provider. Our password policy dictates that all passwords must be at least 8 characters long and include a lower case & upper-case letter as well as a number and at least one symbol. Passwords must also be reset every 6 months. These requirements will automatically place your password in the strong category.
